Els Els Hol-Ferman – Volunteer Ambassador

Els has believed in the power of giving back for as long as she can remember.

She began volunteering as a teenager, discovering early on how meaningful it is to support people facing difficult circumstances. Years later, while working at The Access Group, she found herself surrounded by colleagues who shared those same values.

When the time came to move on from her role at The Access Group, Els realised she wasn’t ready to say goodbye to the wonderful people she had worked with. Instead, she chose a different path, one that allowed her to stay connected while continuing the work she loved. She joined The Access Foundation. We provide grants to people and communities who need a helping hand.

Today, Els works closely with the charities nominated by Access Group employees, listening to their stories and exploring projects that can make a real and lasting difference.

Els says, “The most rewarding part of my role is knowing that each conversation has the potential to support someone vulnerable, uplift a community, or spark positive change.”
