Zoë Courtney- Grants and Administration Assistant

Zoë Courtney has developed her career in the charity and grant-making sector, combining strong organisational skills with a passion for supporting community initiatives. She has been with the Access Foundation since 2024 and we are delighted to have her with us.

At The Access Foundation, Zoë is the first point of contact for applicants and plays a key role in the grant-making process. She has a background in fund management and administration, with experience in roles that involved supporting decision-making, coordinating trustee and stakeholder engagement, and enabling charities to deliver effective outcomes.

She is committed to helping charities and community groups thrive and delighted to play a part in the Foundation’s work. She holds a BA in Business Studies and an MSc in Management.
