Tim Needham – Volunteer Ambassador

After nearly two decades with The Access Group, I’m proud to continue my journey as a volunteer with The Access Foundation—helping shape the charitable legacy of a company I’ve grown with and deeply believe in.

Having seen firsthand the dedication and heart that Access employees bring to their work, it’s incredibly rewarding now to support them in giving back to causes close to their own lives through our employee-nominated scheme. Whether it’s a local hospice, youth initiative, or mental health charity, I love being part of the bridge that connects our people to the organisations they care about most.

Outside of my work with the Foundation, you’ll often find me on the water. As an RYA Powerboat Instructor, I help others build confidence afloat—improving their skills, boosting their enjoyment, and making sure they stay safe while exploring the freedom of the open water. It’s all about empowering others, whether through charitable giving or coastal cruising.
